Upon arrival you will be collected and transported from the airport to your hotel where you can have a late dinner.

The following two days will be used to get to know Puglia and view properties suitable to your requirements. At all times you can discuss the buying procedure and all other aspects of a purchase with us as we drive around from property to property. After viewings you can look forward to an excellent 3 course dinner over which you can discuss what you have seen during the day. We will of course have long since left you in peace at this stage.

Your last day can be used to meet with a lawyer if you may have any legal queries, to revisit a property or properties you liked in particular or even have one last stroll around the stunning old centre of Lecce before you are picked up to be brought back to the Airport.

Unlike other companies who operate viewing trips we do not put you under any pressure to purchase or make a decision whilst you are in Puglia. You are more than welcome to contact us from your home to tell us whether you wish to proceed with any particular property.
