As promised to follow up on the staggering success of our sales division we intend to do the same for the Puglia rental market and offer you the potential renter well managed rental properties all meeting our quality requirements & ensuring full comfort.

Our policy is quality, not quantity. In other words we are starting this service with few properties, all meeting the standards we know our clients demand. New properties will constantly be being added over the coming weeks so do check frequently. 
One of the main advantages of renting an Inter Italia rental property is that we ensure the property owner provides a property with certain luxuries that we know you the client would expect but often does not find when arriving to spartan rental properties. 

In all of our properties apart from being spotlessly clean you will find amongst other things:
First class bedding/mattresses, comparable to that of 4/5 star hotels. We guarantee you will not have an uncomfortable bed, a complaint we have heard from numerous holiday renters in the past. 
Fitted kitchen with all utensils and electrical appliances. 
Top quality bathrooms.
TV and DVD player with films.
Quality comfortable furniture.

Importantly during your stay if you were to have any problems whatsoever a member of our staff will immediately be on your doorstep if needed.

Once you have chosen the property which you would like to rent you naturally make inquiries on it's availability for the period of time when you intend to rent it. When the dates are arranged and everything agreed you will be required to transfer a non-refundable blocking deposit of 50% of the total amount payable for the duration of your permanence. The remaining 50% will need to be transferred one week before your arrival.

A security deposit will also be collected which will vary from property to property and which will clearly be stated in the description of the property itself. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay after a property inspection (on our behalf) when the key is returned to an Inter Italia representative. 

A cleaning service for all the properties will be available free of charge for those renting a property for more than 7 days or upon request for an extra charge.
